Webcomic Wednesdays is a weekly feature here at Girls Read Comics Too. Each week, we like to shine a spotlight on one of the webcomics that we happen to keep up with on the interwebs.
Horse_ecomics is probably one of the most unconventional webcomics out there, and that’s probably why I like it so much. For those of you who may not know, horse_ebooks is a twitter spambot that posts excerpts from it’s online book database. The results are often nonsensical and hilarious. Burton Durand has taken these ridiculous tweets and attempted to make sense of them, or to sometimes simply highlight their nonsensical nature.
I’m in love with the art and the humor that Durand brings to these, even if sometimes it might skew into territory that’s a little too dark for some readers. I personally love it, then feel horrible for how much I’m laughing.
