Webcomic Wednesday: Girls of Monster Paradise

Webcomic Wednesdays is a weekly feature here at Girls Read Comics Too. Each week, we like to shine a spotlight on one of the webcomics that we happen to keep up with on the interwebs.

Girls of Monster Paradise

Girls of Monster Paradise is a super fun take on the whole damsel in distress idea. What if the girls who get kidnapped by monsters don’t actually need to be rescued? What if the monsters are actually pretty cool and the girls are enjoying themselves on an island paradise?

Stephanie Gladden answers this all with a fun script, a variety of characters (from the girls to the monsters) and art that’s fresh, bright and colorful.

The strip is still relatively new so you can catch up quickly, and I’ve had so much fun with it since I started reading. Yay for new comics to add to my must reads!

Check out these ten facts about Stephanie and Girls of Monster Paradise, then head on off to the site and start reading!
