• Gotham Academy #5: I make no secret that I love Young Adult fiction, and Gotham Academy is my comic book version of it now that Young Avengers is no more and All-New Ultimates was a let down. I love the mystery, I love the characters, I love the art. It’s so much fun to read, and I think a perfect in for any young adult readers.
• Orphan Black #1: Whaaaaaat? How did I not know this was happening? I am all over it!
• The Wicked + The Divine #8: Caught up on the last few issues, and I am finally invested in this the way I was hoping to be early on.
• Spider-Gwen #1: FINALLY!
• Thor Annual #1: I’m excited for the various Thor stories involved in this, especially with Noelle Stevenson writing one.

• ODY-C #3: This is such a trippy book, and I’m admittedly, still behind on it, but it’s one I’m going to continue to pull, based solely on how much the first issue impressed me.
• The Wicked + The Divine #8: This book continues to be completely my jam. There’s a new god being introduced, and McKelvie has hinted that he’s going to do some different things with the story flow in this one, so I’m very excited. 
• All-New X-Men #38: Well, this is odd. I always add All-New X-Men to my pull list because I’ve really been liking the 616 and 1610 crossover that’s happening, but apparently #38 is a Black Vortex crossover! #38’s coming out before #37, and #36 ended with a cliffhanger! I’ll grab this just for when I finally get around to reading the Black Vortex arc, but I’m pretty bummed.
• S.H.I.E.L.D. #3: I’ve really liked the first two issues of this, but with the artists rotating like they are, I have a feeling that it’s eventually going to become a bit hit and miss. But as it is, last month we got a great Kamala story, and Spider-Man’s in the preview pages for this issue. This is just a fun book and I don’t think I’ll never get enough of the Fitz and H.E.N.R.Y. mini comics.
• Spider-Gwen #1: Believe the hype! If you had told me a year back that a comic book starring Gwen Stacy as Spider-Woman would become one of my most anticipated titles of the year, I’d say you were crazy. But I am absolutely on pins and needles waiting for this book.

• Orphan Black #1: I love this show. Like insane amounts because it has a magical way of making me go “OHMYGOD” on a near-continuous basis. Comic book adaptations of TV shows are kind of hit or miss, so I’m curious to see how this one goes. It could have excellent potential.
• ODY-C #3: Space! Greek mythology! Space! Awesome heroine! Conflict! All things I love, combined in one title so I’m still into it.
• The Wicked + the Divine #8: I’m kind of confused about this title on a near-regular basis. There’s just so much potential, but I’m not certain if it’s hitting it? Or if I’m just overthinking what is otherwise an excellent comic. Someone send help.
• All-New X-Men #38: There’s a 78% chance that this issue, like the ones before will end with me going “Well, shit” and then waiting for another month. YOU CAN’T LEAVE THE KIDS LIKE THAT KITTY.
• Inhuman #12: I love the Inhumans and so despite my fear that Marvel’s trying to make Inhumans replace the X-Men for sheer cross-media potential, I am still reading this. It doesn’t hurt that Medusa is my hair inspiration.
• Spider-Gwen #1: When I talk about this title I devolve into flailing. Or write long-winded posts about it. Either way, of course I’m reading it.

• New Avengers #30: The cover on this one implies it’s about the fate of the Captain Britain corps. I gotta confess, I… don’t care about the Captain Britain corps. But I do care about this crazypants story Hickman is telling so here I am, ready for the latest set of shattering reveals. 
• ODY-C #3: I mostly understood what was going on in #2! So on to #3 for some mindbending spacetimes which I will possibly go back to not following.
• Spider-Gwen #1: Does whatever a spider ken. I like that she’s in her own universe again, because I want all of that — Peter Parker was the Lizard, Matt Murdock is a Kingpin henchguy, et cetera — explored, I’m here for the AU party, I’m here for the party being centralized on Gwen as main focus rather than one of a thousand.
• Superior Iron Man #5: Who knew just doubling down on how much of a dick Tony Stark is could pay off so well. He’s such a good antagonist?
• The Wicked + The Divine #8: Double-sized party issue! New god! I don’t know where this arc is going, per se, but I appreciate the step back to get a feel for who everyone is, and how all the elements fit together.

• Black Hood #1: I can safely say that I’ve never heard of this character before, but it’s a new revamp from the constantly surprising Archie Comics, so I’m definitely in for at least an issue.
• Daredevil #13: My interest in all things Daredevil is reaching a fever-pitch with the Netflix-series around the corner. Love this book. Love this creative team. Wish it could last forever…
• New Avengers #30: BECAUSE EVERYTHING ENDS. Man, the wait for more of Hickman’s Avengers saga has been brutal. I can’t wait to see what new brutal revelations he brings out this month.
• Superior Iron Man #5: Superior Iron Man has managed to take a trope I completely hated when Spider-Man was superior (oh, look, the good guy is a bad guy ’cause of a mind whammy!), and turned it into a book I can’t get enough of. Inverted Tony really isn’t all that different from Regular Tony, and the exploration of just how close to the razor’s edge Tony Stark has been all these years has made for some great storytelling. Plus, it helps that Daredevil is the man who’s hopefully gonna stop him. Maybe. If he can remember.
• Thor Annual #1: Annuals aren’t always my jam, ’cause I want to get back to the story of who the heck is the new Thor (…which we’re only learning in a few more issues, a strategy I’m not entirely on board with), but the sheer amount of talent being thrown at this issue quells my reservations.
